This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of the Quest2Offer platform. Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

1. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, or create accounts under false pretenses.
• Share, sell, transfer, or sublicense your account credentials to any third party.
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access, extract, or collect data from the Platform without our prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Platform or any of its components.
• Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or disable any security features, rate limits, or access controls of the Platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure, servers, networks, or other users' access to the service.
• Use the Platform to send spam, unsolicited communications, or malicious content.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code.

2. AI Interaction Rules

When interacting with AI features of the Platform, you agree NOT to:

• Attempt prompt injection, jailbreaking, or any technique designed to manipulate AI systems into producing unintended outputs.
• Use AI features to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Use AI features to generate content that infringes upon intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Use AI features to create misleading or deceptive content, including deepfakes, fabricated credentials, or false professional qualifications.
• Systematically extract or reproduce AI model outputs for the purpose of building competing services or datasets.
• Submit content containing personal data of third parties without their consent.

3. Content Standards

All content you upload or generate through the Platform must not:

• Contain hate speech, discrimination, or content promoting violence against any individual or group.
• Include sexually explicit or pornographic material.
• Promote illegal activities, including drug use, fraud, or hacking.
• Contain confidential or proprietary information belonging to others without authorization.
• Violate any applicable data protection or privacy laws.

4. Resource Usage

You agree to use Platform resources responsibly:

• Do not create excessive API requests or abuse rate limits.
• Do not use the Platform in a manner that degrades service quality for other users.
• Do not store or process data unrelated to the Platform's intended purpose.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Monitor Platform usage for compliance with this policy.
• Investigate suspected violations at our sole discretion.
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, without prior notice and without refund.
• Remove or disable access to content that violates this policy.
• Report illegal activities to law enforcement authorities.
• Pursue legal remedies for damages caused by policy violations.

6. Reporting Violations

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
